Following her retirement from public service, Ms. Rotdi established the Rotdinnah Foundation in response to persistent development gaps affecting underserved communities in Nigeria. Ms. Susan Rotdi George continues to provide strategic leadership to Rotdinnah Foundation, working in partnership with government institutions, civil society, and development partners to promote equitable access to opportunities and to ensure that marginalized populations are meaningfully included in sustainable development processes.
"True empowerment begins when we recognize the inherent dignity and potential in every individual, regardless of their abilities or gender. Our work is not just about providing aid—it's about creating pathways to independence, leadership, and self-determination."
